High work efficiency

Zelmer MM 2000.84 is equipped with a motor that develops power at peak loads of 1900 W (nominal 650 W). Also, a reverse function is implemented here, which allows you to rotate the auger in the opposite direction to clean it from wound veins or other blockages without disassembly. The motor is protected from mechanical influences by a special clutch, and from overloads by an automatic fuse. According to user reviews, the meat grinder is moderately noisy.

Extended set of nozzles

The Zelmer MM 2000.84 comes with a solid set of food processing tools. First of all, there are 3 minced meat discs with different hole diameters (2.7, 4 and 8 mm). They will allow you to "grind" any kind of meat, poultry and fish.

Additionally, there is an accessory for making homemade sausages and a shredding set. It includes 4 metal graters: two for large and small chips (suitable for cheeses, hard vegetables) and one each for slicing and rubbing.

Operation and care

Zelmer MM 2000.84 has a click-ready locking system: accessories are installed with a slight turn until they click. However a special compartment or stand for storing nozzles would still not hurt. Their absence can be considered a flaw in the model.

On the bottom there is a compartment for storing the cord and non-slip feet, which exclude the movement of the meat grinder on the table during operation. But metal parts, especially the knife and discs for minced meat, must be protected from water: if you do not wipe them dry after cleaning, then there is a high probability of rust. The manufacturer even recommends lubricating them after each use with vegetable oil.
