Zota 15 Carbon 15 kW

The brainchild of the Krasnoyarsk plant of heating equipment and automation with the name Zota 15 Carbon can be registered in a house or cottage with a heated area of up to 120 m². The device is oriented both for use separately and in conjunction with other heating devices as a backup heat source.

The menu at the boiler is monotonous: for breakfast, lunch and dinner, it “feeds” with calibrated coal with a fraction of 10-50 mm. Charcoal is loaded into the combustion chamber through the top door, which adds to the ease of handling the model. For skimming coal, a lever is provided on the boiler body. A door on the bottom of the front panel of the Zota 15 Carbon gives access to the ash pan, which is located on the water-cooled surface.

Flexible mechanical adjustment

Depending on the type and quality of fuel, the duration of burning on one tab of coal varies on average from 10 to 12 hours. The issues of dosing the required amount of oxygen entering the combustion chamber are handled by the combustion regulator in the upper part of the boiler, connected to the primary air damper lever. The tertiary air, in turn, enters from two threaded flaps on the side walls of the boiler body. Removal of combustion products is carried out due to natural draft in the chimney.

Useful option

Optionally, the boiler can be equipped with a block heating element with a power of up to 9 kW. Together with it, the heating of the dwelling will continue even in the event of a complete burnout of the fuel. This feature will be especially useful for a period of short-term absence of the owners of the house. Another ace up the sleeve of the model is a built-in thermomanometer with an easy-to-read scale for simultaneous measurement of temperature and overpressure.
