I can say that I recommend to buy

Looks like someone might be afraid to buy this monitor because there are no reviews, and there are no decent reviews on YouTube either. But still, the monitor is worth its money.
The convenient stand allows for height adjustments and swivel.
The IPS panel is suitable for both Games and Movies + 1ms response time.
And of course, 165Hz is worth it; the smoothness is truly noticeable after 60Hz monitors.
And finally, the Price. I looked for monitors that are more expensive, but they lose out in terms of functionality, so I chose this one and have no regrets.
The downside is the backlight bleeding, maybe it's just me, but as far as I know, all monitors have backlight bleeding. It's noticeable when the screen is completely black and there is no lighting in the room. During the day, it's not noticeable. This is my third monitor and all of them had backlight bleeding, so it's normal.

I got a good monitor for 4950 UAH, I also have a re-verification on bit pixels, and a monitor comes with broken pixels.
