Primary class
The Taiwanese company Acer produces high-performance laptops in a wide price range. Acer Aspire 3 is a full-fledged representative of the initial class of devices that boasts a stylish minimalist design, a modest price and moderately performant filling, which is enough to work with office software.
Based on Pentium N500
As for equipment, the laptop has a Pentium N5000 quad-core processor with a turbo boost up to 2.7 GHz. On paper, the processor, although not the most powerful, in most synthetic tests, it keeps up with inexpensive quad-core chips. Paired with it are the standard 8GB DDR4 RAM and a 256GB SSD and a basic UHD Graphics 605 integrated graphics card.
Basic equipment
In terms of peripherals, the Acer Aspire 3 has everything you need: a pair of USB 2.0 ports, one USB 3.2 gen1. USB-C was not delivered. The laptop is equipped with a 4810 mAh battery, which is relatively small considering the size of the case. When working with text and documents in "balanced" mode, the laptop can last up to 6.5 hours, at maximum brightness you should not wait more than 3.5 hours.

The screen quality of this model is far from superb: the colour scheme goes into cold shades, and the picture lacks a little sharpness. Here they obviously saved, but this is correct. All the same, the model is not multimedia, watching TV shows is more of a bonus, and not the main purpose. Well, instead of the pre-installed Windows 10 operating system, the laptop has a free Endless OS.
