Great, no harsh glares, lags, or screen tearing, suitable for standard video cards. I have a Radeon graphics card, so I can't speak for Nvidia. But in games, everything is smooth and clear, with no extremely dark areas. Your eyes don't get strained even when working with text. I like it - it's a really cool monitor, the picture is bright and juicy, the viewing angles are wide, and everything is clearly visible, with no distortions.
