the Bambu Lab A1 3D printer is a new product for 2024 and is designed for creating high-quality models with dimensions of 256x256x256 mm. It uses a popular filament deposition technology (FDM), and as materials, you can use PLA, PETG, TPU, PVA. The direct-type extruder prints at a speed of 500 mm/s. The built-in auto-feed system is compatible with 1.75 mm diameter plastic, and the output nozzle can be quickly replaced with one of the options: 0.2 – 0.8 mm. The nozzle heats up to 300°C, and the worktable heats the base to prevent sticking to the surface, making it easier to remove the finished model. The 3D printer is quite compact and lightweight (8.3 kg), making it easy to move around. Control is carried out via a 3.5” touchscreen panel and also through a PC after in...stalling compatible Bambu Studio software. A wireless Wi-Fi module is used for connection, which also enables remote control with the help of an intelligent camera. The system automatically monitors the working state and corrects errors.

FDM Printing Technology

The printer uses common FDM technology, where modeling is done by layer-by-layer filament deposition. The materials used include PLA, PETG, TPU, and PVA filaments. The auto-feeding system supports filament with a diameter of up to 1.75 mm, and the interchangeable nozzle allows for diameters from 0.2 to 0.8 mm. The calibration process is performed automatically before each print.

Balanced Printing Features

The device is equipped with an open chamber and a heated bed, which prevents plastic from sticking and makes it easier to remove finished items. The nozzle heats up to 300 °C, enabling work with various types of materials. The Bambu Lab A1 allows the creation of objects up to 256×256×256 mm in size. If desired, the AMS Lite module can be connected for automatic filament changes and color printing.

Convenient Control

Control is managed through the proprietary Bambu Studio software, available both locally and via Wi-Fi. The printer is equipped with a built-in camera for remote monitoring of the printing process. A 3.5-inch touch panel is installed on the body, providing quick access to settings. The model is suitable for both beginner users and experienced 3D printing enthusiasts.
