I won't write much. It cleans well, except for the cutlery. There, it's a disaster. And the main problem is the terrible service from BEKO. The tank responsible for ionization and salt broke immediately. I waited 90 days for repair. A guy with an unhappy face replaced the tank, made a mess in my kitchen, and spilled water everywhere. He assembled it poorly, and the machine started leaking during wash cycles. Over the year, despite 5 attempts to contact official service, nothing was resolved. Complained to BEKO's European service—no response. Now, about the machine. There are three compartments: the lower one for plates, the middle for cups, pots, etc., and the upper for forks, spoons, etc. The first two are okay, no complaints. They clean fine and are convenient. But the cutlery compartment is terrible. It doesn't hold them well. Forks and spoons fall out and clash during washing. It's impossible to properly clean cutlery. There are many programs, but in reality, only 2 are decent—the 4th and 6th modes. The rest don't clean well. The metal is very soft. I closed the door, and it hit the plastic compartment for forks, bending the metal. Added a screenshot. I give it a 3-, will never buy this brand's products again. The lower compartments are good. They handle their task well. Dries normally after washing. There is a quick wash mode and it works fine. Not noisy. Horrible service. If something breaks, they won't repair it under warranty. And even if they do, it will take about 3 months. Very soft metal in the internal compartment. The instrument panel does not cope with the task. The forks and spoons are constantly dirty. Noise levels during operation are at an acceptable level (up to 46 dB).
Wide Selection of Programs and Features
Beko DIS 28123 supports 8 washing programs. In addition to a fully automatic cycle, there are quick, intensive, delicate (specifically for glass at a water temperature of 40 °C), and economical options. Plus, there is a pre-rinse and two variations for everyday washing (AquaFlex and its accelerated version without pre-soaking Quick & Shine).
Additional options include not only a start delay of up to 24 hours but also half-load, enhanced rinsing, and the Fast+ function. The latter significantly reduces the basic washing duration without decreasing its effectiveness. However, the trade-off for speed in this case is increased water and electricity consumption.
Beko DIS 28123 is a noteworthy dishwasher that offers useful features typical of more expensive models at a reasonable price.
