Additional features projector BenQ W100:
16:9 widescreen format
The 16:9 screen aspect ratio is the "golden rule" that defines the optical principles of human vision. This format corresponds to the perfect visual perception and promotes clear recognition of moving objects. Unlike conventional projectors designed to handle 4:3 presentation slides, the W100 accurately renders 16:9 images without clipping or image distortion. Enjoy cinematic movie playback with loved ones in the comfort of your own home.
High quality colour rendering
The BenQ W100 uses a 7-segment filter, with a precisely calculated ratio of colour segments. Thanks to this innovation, the W100 projects richer colours combined with more accurate colour reproduction.
10 preset picture modes
The memory of BenQ W100 contains 10 preset optimal image settings for various tasks and sources: 5 options - for the image from the PC, 5 – for the image from the video source. Thanks to this, the user will be spared from selecting the components of the optimal image manually. Now he only needs to select the desired picture mode in the control menu.
Front ventilation
The design of the projector is designed in such a way as not to disturb the audience if the projector is not placed at the end of the hall, but in the foreground. The air vents of the W100 are located at the front. Due to this design, the hot air and light reflections of the operating lamp emitted from the projector do not disturb the audience sitting behind the projector.
Wide connectivity options
In addition to DVI, S-Video and Video inputs, the W100 projector has two sets of component inputs, eliminating the need for the user to switch cables each time the component source is changed. Now, for example, a DVD player and game console can be connected to the projector at the same time. Moreover, the horizontal arrangement of connectors makes connecting cables easier and more convenient than with their vertical arrangement.
Quality and reliability of DLPTM technology
With built-in Digital Light Processing™ technology, the W100 delivers crystal clear, sharp images every time. When dealing with BenQ projectors, you will not see on the screen the "grid effect" (the presence of tiny gaps in the image) inherent in traditional LCD projectors. In addition, DLPTM technology uses micro-mirror chips that are virtually indestructible over time, thus delivering consistently high image quality even after many thousands of hours of operation.
Convenient remote control with additional illumination
The remote control will allow you to easily switch the projector between image sources, adjust settings or select preset image modes, and work with the on-screen menu. For maximum viewing comfort in a completely darkened home theater environment, the remote control has a backlit key function. Now you can use the remote control even in complete darkness.
