Additional features projector BenQ W1000:
Widescreen format 16:9
The 16:9 aspect ratio is the "golden rule" that defines the optical principles of human vision. This format corresponds to ideal visual perception and facilitates clear recognition of moving objects. Unlike conventional projectors designed to work with 4:3 presentation slides, the W100 accurately transmits 16:9 images without truncation or distortion of the image. Enjoy cinematic reproduction of films together with loved ones in the comfort of your home.
High quality color rendering
The BenQ W100 uses a 7-segment color filter with a precisely calculated ratio of color segments. Thanks to this innovation, the W100 projects richer colors combined with more accurate color reproduction.
10 preset picture modes
The BenQ W100 memory contains 10 preset optimal image settings for various tasks and sources: 5 options for PC images, 5 for video source images. Thanks to this, the user will be relieved from manually selecting the components of the optimal image. Now all he needs to do is select the desired image mode in the control menu.
Front ventilation
The projector is designed to not disturb the audience if the projector is placed in the foreground rather than at the back of the room. The W100's vents are located at the front of the room. This design ensures that the hot air and glare from the lamp emanating from the projector do not disturb the audience seated behind the projector.
Wide range of connectivity options
In addition to DVI, S-Video and Video inputs, the W100 projector has two sets of component signal inputs, which eliminates the need for the user to switch cables each time the component signal source is changed. Now, for example, a DVD player and a game console can be connected to the projector at the same time. Moreover, the horizontal arrangement of the connectors makes connecting cables easier and more convenient than with their vertical arrangement.
Quality and reliability of DLPTM technology
With built-in Digital Light Processing™ technology, the W100 always delivers crystal clear, crisp images. With BenQ projectors, you won't see the "lattice effect" (tiny gaps in the image) that traditional LCD projectors have. In addition, DLP™ technology uses micro-mirror chips that are virtually indestructible over time, ensuring consistently high image quality even after thousands of hours of operation.
Convenient remote control with additional illumination
The remote control will allow you to easily switch the projector between image sources, adjust parameters or select preset image modes, and work with the on-screen menu. For maximum viewing convenience in a completely darkened home theater, the remote control has a key backlight function. Now you can use the remote control even in complete darkness.
