I initially bought it to fight cellulite, but it turns out it also helps with swelling because it gets the lymph moving. After work, I use it directly on my leggings, and the swelling goes down quickly.
Since it's waterproof, I use it right in the shower after an anti-cellulite wrap, along with a scrub. I set the intensity to the maximum. After a month of regular use, I noticed an effect – the "love handles" on my thighs reduced, and the skin on my legs became smoother and tighter. The charge lasted me almost 5 months. I use it once a week. It takes about 3 hours to charge. I'm happy with the purchase.
