Great device, at first we didn't appreciate its capabilities (we received it as a gift), but now in the evenings we almost argue over who gets to relax with it first. It offers three massage options - simple roller massage (shiatsu), pneumatic - air pressure, or a combination of both. Plus, you can choose the intensity level of the pneumatic massage and the heating. In any case, your feet feel great, muscles are warmed and relaxed, relieving tension throughout the body. The device itself operates for a maximum of 15 minutes, which is enough for complete relaxation, but you can easily restart for a second cycle. All settings and controls are simple, and the manual is detailed (in Russian, of course). You need to place your feet inside, and there is a nice soft cover that can be removed and washed.
