Ventilation is powered by the energy-efficient SilentPowerDrive motor with a power consumption of 170 W (energy efficiency class A++), providing a basic extraction capacity of up to 590 m³/h. For scenarios with heavy smoke, the Bosch DLN 78PC60 range hood features a special intensive mode that temporarily increases performance to 800 m³/h. When this function is activated, the device automatically reduces the speed to standard values after a set time. There are a total of three basic speeds which can be...switched using mechanical buttons. At maximum speed in the standard cycle, the noise level is 61 dB. The airflow can be vented outside through a 150 mm diameter duct or locally cleaned in recirculation mode. The standard metal grease filter is equipped with a saturation indicator that timely notifies the need for maintenance. When operating autonomously without connection to a vent shaft, an optional Clean Air Plus active filter can be installed, which traps not only specific odors but also fine pollen.
