Despite the presence of a steam station, the model is not too large and does not take up much space during storage. At the same time, its power is 2400 W, providing fast heating - the device is ready for use in 2 minutes after switching on.

Steam is supplied under pressure of 6 bar, penetrating deep into the fibers and smoothing out stubborn folds and dense materials. The steam power with constant supply reaches 125 g / min, and for the most difficult tasks, an intense but short-term steam boost (420 g / min) is provided. The iron offers a choice of three operating modes: Eco, iCare and Turbo. In Eco mode, power consumption is reduced by 48%.

And the iCare mode implies the use of one optimal temperature, which is safe for all types of fabric suitable for ironing. Thanks to this, the Braun CareStyle Compact IS 2143 eliminates the need for the user to manually select settings and sort laundry by material type. Despite the compact size of the steam station, it is equipped with a capacious water tank with a capacity of 1.5 liters.

This is enough for 1 hour or more of continuous ironing without the need to top up. The EloxalPlus soleplate, due to its special shape with rounded edges, easily glides in any direction without forming new creases. In addition, it is durable, long-lasting and evenly distributes steam due to a large number of steam holes over the entire surface, including the spout. And the Easy CalcClean self-cleaning system from scale with an indicator signaling the need for cleaning will help maintain high performance and extend the service life of the device. And other useful functions include the ability to steam vertically, the Anti-Drip system and automatic shutdown of the iron left unattended.
