The Candy oven, made in a laconic design, is built into a niche of standard sizes (585x560x560 mm). The combination of a black door and stainless steel inserts (handle, edging at the bottom and control panel area) will help the model fit into a modern kitchen interior.

In the role of Candy FCP 605 XL / E1 controls, a pair of recessed switches and sensors are proposed. Rotary knobs allow you to select the temperature and heating mode, and the touch panel allows you to set the timer. It is also possible to lock the controls from children.

7 cooking modes

With a capacity of up to 65 liters, the oven operates in a standard temperature range of 50 to 250 °C. The traditional upper and lower heaters are complemented by grill and convection, which are familiar to electric models. These heating methods can be used individually or together.

In total, 7 cooking modes are available to users, including special ones — defrosting, pizza and Cook Light. The latter should appeal to health food fans who want to cook with as little oil as possible. In it, the grill works with convection airflow, but the latter, as the manufacturer notes, provides a pulsating air supply (turns on and off alternately).

Convenient operation

AquActiva steam cleaning is designed to reduce the laboriousness of cleaning the working chamber. It is necessary to pour water into a deep pan and set the desired temperature. The resulting hot steam will soften grease and other contaminants.

The equipment of the model is at the basic level: lattice guides, 2-layer glass on the door, 2 grids and 1 tray are provided. But the energy consumption corresponds to class A + with a consumption of 0.67 kWh per cycle with convection. This is a good indicator by the standards of energy-intensive ovens.
