The printer worked for just over a month after purchase (printed 1300 sheets). During its use, there were complaints about the following points: Awful wireless connection (I used a wired connection, so I overlooked this); The silly "borderless printing" function scales any printed file, rendering it pointless (with the function enabled, it's impossible to print 1:1); Lack of manual print head alignment, only automatic is available and it can't align them properly. At maximum print quality, it's almost unnoticeable, but at reduced quality, banding is noticeable; It doesn't work with the control panel lowered, for some reason, it needs to be raised to function; Incredibly inconvenient and silly interface and software features. All of these are programming consumer goods issues. And even considering all of this, the printer was satisfactory and convenient. Then it broke down, and here comes the worst part: Complete lack of support from the Russian vendor, even though it was purchased from this official store, website; Complete lack of spare parts for sale; Complete absence of official service centers in Russia, instead, there are supposedly authorized service centers where clueless idiots can't even close the printer lid, let alone have any repair skills or spare parts, ultimately unable to meet even the silly 45-day law when it’s a maximum of 3 hours work. And again, no support from the vendor, they just redirect you from one incompetent person to another.
