A balanced set for its price, designed by engineers, not marketers.

Pretty decent fans for their price. If you want something better, you need to pay an additional UAH 1000 and get the BeQuiet Light Wings. The set comes with a quite convenient controller that connects both PWM cables and ARGB simultaneously. I'm not entirely sure why, but there's a slot on the controller for connecting the reset button (from the front panel of the case), which is a strange decision given the presence of a remote control. The speed has only 3 modes if controlled from the remote - 7v/9v/12v. At 7v - not audible at all, at 9v - still quiet, can be left for constant use, 12v - individually quiet, but all three together make a noticeable noise, however, the airflow is quite powerful.
Bright and quiet fans with a sufficient number of dynamic lighting modes. All cables connect to just one controller, while competitors either don't include a controller at all or only provide one for lighting, and for pwm connection, they include a regular Y-splitter for just 3 connectors. The controller allows using the fans independently of the motherboard, but you can connect it if needed; a cable is included for this. The controller is mounted with magnets, which are quite strong, whereas competitors use only tape. The controller power is connected via a Sata extension, which is quite reliable, because Artic hubs connect directly to the controller, and it takes just 3-4 connections to damage the connector, while with Chieftec, such a problem is hard to imagine. The fans themselves have rubber spacers on both sides.
The quality of the PWM cables is somewhat inconsistent at the connection point, which doesn't look very reliable, but if you don't yank on them like crazy, there's probably nothing critical. There are no long bolts for mounting on the LCS (liquid cooling system) radiator. There are a lot of cables that require many ties, but that's the price of lighting. Not exactly a flaw, but they are very smelly.
