The Clearaudio Concept is an award-winning minimalistic sleek and robust turntable. All Concept turntables are manufactured and pre-calibrated by the Clearaudio Factory in Germany meaning they are of the highest production standard and little application is needed for setup of the turntable. The mechanism of the Concept is a fully decoupled DC moto... morer driving a ground flat belt ensuring minimised mechanical interference and guarantees accurate pitch and speed stability. A robust POM platter and an aluminium sub-platter are both computer designed and manufactured to exclude feedback optimise rotational stability and reduce inertia. The speed of the turntable can be adjusted by a smooth rotary dial and you can select between 33 1/3 45 and 78 RPM this allows you to play records from any era. The Concept tonearm is fitted with a magnetic bearing and a magnetic anti-skate to reduce friction and audio interference. Crafted from high quality materials the body of the Concept is made from composite wood with a satin plastic top layer that provides further acoustic shielding to the record and tonearm. Finally a Clearaudio moving coil cartridge is included providing excellent groove tracking and signal transmission to the tonearm.
