The main working tool of the irrigator CS Medica AquaPulsar OS-1 is a thin pulsating water jet released from a replaceable nozzle under significant overpressure.

It effectively cleans interdental spaces and gum pockets. In addition, the CS Medica AquaPulsar OS-1 irrigator perfectly handles with the task of cleaning orthodontic structures, braces and veneers. The results of clinical trials show that the use of such devices is much safer than dental floss, which often injures gum tissue. An important feature of this model is a pronounced massage effect.

There is a smooth stepless regulation of the water supply pressure (up to 7.9 atm or 800 kPa) and two modes of operation: jet or spray. A 500 mL water container is sufficient for one complete treatment. The package includes four nozzles (two standard with colour marks for different users, one nozzle for cleaning the tongue and inner surface of the cheeks and one brush attachment).
