I bought this device on the recommendation of my dentist and I'm glad I did. It is excellent for cleaning the spaces between teeth, especially in hard-to-reach areas where it’s difficult to reach with floss or, even more so, a brush. There are several nozzles (in the lid-case), but I actually only use one (a tube bent at the end). There is smooth pressure adjustment, which is good for problematic gums, but I use it at maximum power, although it feels like it could be even more powerful. :) The only downside is that it is quite noisy in operation, so you're unlikely to use it when someone is sleeping in the apartment.
