The American company Dean produces a wide range of guitars, ukuleles, banjos, guitar amplifiers and cases. Among her endorsers are the famous Dave Mustaine from Megadeth and dozens of other famous guitarists from all over the world. The most expensive models of Dean guitars are made in Flying V, Explorer, Randy Roads bodies. The Custom 450 model belongs to the line of mid-low-cost superstrats.

Bright appearance

The guitar is offered in 4 body colours: gloss nat, trans black, trans blue and scary cherry. The top is covered in flame maple with binding, while the body itself is made of mahogany.

Rich sound

In addition to it, two active EMG 81 and 85 humbuckers, a glued neck and a fixed bridge with strings fastened through the body add “meat” to the sound. The guitar is tight on the riffs, has piercing sharp highs and at the same time soft warm tones on a clean sound. The double truss rod keeps the neck stable even when using large gauge strings for drop play. It is noteworthy that the model is also available with a Floyd Rose bridge, so that fans of suspenders can buy it with confidence. Moreover, the price for this level of instrument at the level of 600 usd is quite adequate.
