Outcome: Defender stood out even in its segment of cheap equipment. It exceeded, so to speak, its own threshold and released an utterly terrible creation unlike anything else. My wife gave me this system for New Year's, and we were both disappointed in the end. It's hard to find. The price, I guess. But, as they say, I'm not rich enough to buy cheap things. It all started with the power switch on the back of the subwoofer giving out. Yep, right there in the most awkward spot on the speakers. Honestly, why even turn it off? Because the LEDs are so bright they practically blind you, especially at night. Anyway, the switch stopped cutting the power. Warranty was over, so I dug in to check things out and found that the switch shorted out. What if it caused a fire? Then there's the same issue with the LEDs; turns out you can't get to them from inside to solder a resistor and reduce the brightness. I ended up covering them with black electrical tape from the outside! And lastly, the sound quality of the speakers is terrible: they crackle, randomly lower the volume, then turn it back up, they're just bad. Don't buy them. Save your money and sanity. Got myself a big plasma and these speakers for it. My room is 20 square meters. I hung the speakers on the walls, placed a chair in the center - it turned into a real movie theater. The wires were long enough for everything, I didn't have to extend them anywhere. Both high and low frequencies are reproduced without distortion. Great set, it even includes a cable for connecting to DVD and batteries. The speakers aren't large, but they're powerful. Adjustment via remote control. Nice appearance and all corners are rounded. convenient acoustic system, which I would describe as a mini home theater for medium-sized rooms. With proper arrangement, you get a quality balance of all frequencies and high sound. After acquiring this system, I enjoy watching movies in 5.1: incomparable effect compared to regular stereo speakers. The bass is powerful, I don't recommend turning it up all the way: it makes the windows shake!
