The Dell Inspiron 15 7577 laptop from the North American company Dell is a reimagined 7567 that was in good demand. Its main drawback was a screen made using TN + film technology of not the best quality, but in the current model this drawback is leveled by a high-quality IPS matrix.
Design
In terms of design, the Dell Inspiron 15 7577 stands out from the competition — a cross between office and gaming. A distinctive feature of the design can be called the cooling system grilles, located both in front and behind, of a fairly large size, moreover, they are quite well ventilated — the laptop is not afraid of throttling.
The case, with the exception of the bottom panel, is made of anodized aluminium. The surface for the hands is covered with a pleasant to the touch matte coating that does not collect fingerprints. An interesting little thing, you can call the logo. It's red, as is the edging around the touchpad — the attention to detail is impressive.
The keyboard has a two-level backlight, comfortable enough for work. I would like to note that the keyboard does not flex even under strong pressure — the "apple" people appreciate it. A nice bonus is the fingerprint scanner located in the power button.
Sound
The Waves MaxxAudio Pro audio system is responsible for the sound component of the laptop, which, in addition to two speakers, also includes a subwoofer — a rarity for laptops. Sounds pretty good in our humble opinion.
Iron
It is equipped with an Intel Core i7 7700HQ processor (Kaby Lake generation) with a clock speed of 2.8 GHz in conjunction with an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti discrete graphics card with 4 GB of GDDR5 video memory. The prefix "Ti" means that this is an improved chip, which, compared to the usual GTX 1050, is 10 – 15% more performant.
The amount of RAM is 16 GB, which is more than enough for all the variety of demanding tasks assigned to the laptop. Storage is a 1000 GB HDD and a 128 GB SSD. The presence of a Thunderbolt v3 port based on USB type allows you to connect peripheral devices with data transfer rates up to 40 Gbps.
Pleasantly surprised by the internal structure of the laptop. Access to necessary components, such as HDD or RAM, is simplified.
The manufacturer's refusal from the pre-installed Windows 10 in favor of Linux made it possible to reduce the cost of the laptop without resorting to lowering its price at the quality level.
Screen
The display of the laptop is made using IPS technology and has a resolution of Full HD (1920x1080 px). In general, the display is well calibrated and suitable for everyday tasks, and the anti-glare coating will allow you to work comfortably on a sunny day.
Standalone laptop is able to work for about 6 – 7 hours with an average load.
