Ekol Major ES450

A Turkish air rifle of a spring-piston type, characterized by a fairly high speed of the initial flight of a bullet — about 310 m / s. Ammunition for weapons are lead bullets of a common caliber 4.5 mm. The cocking system in the design of the model is represented by a traditional barrel fracture. The barrel of the rifle itself is made of steel, its length is 490 mm. The inner surface of the barrel is lined with spiral grooves — the rifled structure ensures a stable bullet flight path and improves shooting accuracy.

The bed of the Ekol Major ES450 is plastic — of the Monte Carlo type. This means that there is a “cheek” on the butt for a comfortable grip of the rifle and aimed fire. Safety when handling weapons is guaranteed by an automatic fuse. The model was equipped with an aiming bar and a front sight with fibreglass threads, which make it easier to aim in poor lighting conditions. Custom sights are mounted on the rifle using a dovetail mount on the receiver.
