Three weeks ago, I roasted a whole goose in it. I was a bit anxious, of course, as it was my first time dealing with such a large bird, but everything turned out just right, even forming an appetizing crispy crust. It heats up quickly, reaching its maximum temperature of 250 degrees in just 15 minutes. The control system is very pleasant and convenient, consisting of retractable turning knobs, buttons, and a display. To use it properly, you need to carefully read the instructions; it's not the kind of appliance you can just jump into using. But its main advantage is how it bakes and roasts. It's like a dream, with amazing evenness, all thanks to the forced convection, which is managed by the large fan on the back wall. I also can't help but mention how wonderful it looks externally, and it's not very hard to maintain. Maybe it's just because it's new, but the enameled cavity cleans quite easily. In my opinion, they overdid it with management. During prolonged operation, the outer glass of the door is very hot. |

The way she cooks suits me; if you make friends with her, you can achieve excellent results. It’s not hard to wash, it takes me about fifteen minutes to do everything.
