The model can work as a full-fledged steamer with a separate water tank and 7 steam modes, including bread, steam refresh, dough proofing, etc. Its perks also include convenient controls, with a special mention for the color TFT EXCite display, which makes interaction more intuitive.

The Electrolux SteamPro LOB 8S38Z oven features a 70-liter cavity, with practical telescopic runners on one level. Simultaneous cooking is possible on 3 levels. Users are offered more than 10 cooking modes, among which slow braise, gratin, humid convection, and a pizza cycle deserve a special mention. Making everyday recipes easier is the support for a large number of auto programs — 236 types in the Assist menu. It’s also possible to save three user programs with quick access via Favorites.
