The oven has an upper and lower heating element, a grill and a fan that distributes hot air throughout the chamber (convection). Their various combinations suggest 8 cooking modes, including defrosting and the Pizza programme (a combination of blowing and bottom heating), and the maximum temperature inside the oven is 250 degrees.
To simplify tracking the degree of readiness of baked meat, poultry or fish, a wired temperature probe is designed. One end is connected to Electrolux EOA 5551, and a special needle is inserted into the pulp. Next, the menu sets the required temperature inside the product, corresponding to the degree of readiness. The relevant information is provided in the instructions. As a result, when the desired value is reached, the oven turns off.
As users note, the temperature probe has an error of 2 – 3 degrees down. Therefore, lovers of medium and strong roasting should add a couple of degrees to the recommended values in the instructions.
Convenient and practical device
Inside, all surfaces of the Electrolux EOA 5551, except for the bottom, are coated with catalytic enamel, which will make it easier to clean the camera from grease after use. Also, the model is equipped with telescopic guides at the same level and an automatic door closer. If necessary, each of the three panes of the viewing window can be removed for cleaning.
