Fissman Smoky Stone 4370 20 cm

This classic pan for daily use is from the collection of the European brand Fissman. It is made of high quality forged aluminium, free from harmful impurities. The product is suitable for cooking in the oven and on any type of hobs, including induction. The bottom with a diameter of 20 cm and a thickness of 3 mm is covered with Platinum Forte — multi-layered, heavy-duty stone chips.

This coating allows the Fissman Smoky Stone 4370 pan to heat quickly and evenly, while exhibiting such a high non-stick effect that dietary dishes can be cooked in it without oil. Due to its large depth (4.5 cm), this pan is suitable not only for frying meat or fish, but also for stewing vegetables. The main handle, as well as the additional removable one, is made of Bakelite, a durable plastic with low thermal conductivity. With their help, you can remove the pan from the fire with your bare hands and not be afraid of a burn. The product is easy to clean by hand or in the dishwasher. A lid is not included.
