Big and strong
With an outer diameter of 28 cm, a bottom diameter of 21 cm and a depth of 5.4 cm, this classic round frying pan will fit almost any of your culinary masterpieces: a couple of servings of cheesecakes or medium-sized fish, steaks for dinner. As befits a modern frying pan, this model has a Platinum Forte stone (mineral) non-stick coating — this name hides a Teflon coating stylized as a stone, but, frankly, there is nothing special about such a coating. Of course, the "stone" coating, unlike the usual "non-stick", is more durable and resistant to scratches and damage. By the way, the base of the pan is cast aluminium, which means that you will get a strong, but very light utensil in your hands. Unfortunately, however, users often complain about the thin walls and bottom, despite the fact that it is multi-layered.
