Printer for beginners. Having bought, installed the steel through the wizard, smelled the filament and you can immediately make a friend. You don't need to calibrate or tweak anything. Expensive, all over the place, the nerves on the upgraded motors and the extruder. Enclosed case. I have cats, so it was crucial for me that fur doesn't get in. Quiet, noise level is comparable to a gaming computer, during games demanding on the graphics card. This is mostly the sound of the fan. Thanks to the air filter, when printing PLA, there are practically no odors. You can sit next to it. Easy setup on the first start. Prints very well right from the start, no "elephant feet." Overly sensitive touchscreen. Sometimes a single tap is recognized as 2-3. Navigating through the menu is somewhat okay, but table calibration is nearly impossible because after 3-4 points, it jumps to the main menu, thinking I pressed Back somewhere. An annoyingly shrill sound at startup, like any other Chinese product. FlashPrint software lags when you try to create multiple copies of a small part you want to print several times. Flashforge used to include two nozzles: one for 240 and one for 265 degrees. Now, the 265 is optional, so they don't include it anymore. So, while you can still print with ABS and other hard plastics, you'll need to buy the nozzle separately first. Parts stick to the table too much. Some people have trouble with parts shifting during printing, but here it's quite difficult to remove parts without damaging them. The table is magnetic, and in my opinion, the magnet is too strong, so removing is okay, but placing it isn't, because it sticks instantly, and you still need to align it with the slots. |
