One of the simplest stove options with a minimum set of functions can be found in the product line of the Belarusian company Gefest. On the one hand, Gefest 5140-01 wins against the background of other solutions due to its low cost, and on the other hand, the cast-iron burners used in the design of the model heat up slowly and cool down for a long time.

Cast iron burners

Cast iron burners have a couple more ambiguous features: the surface of such heating elements boasts resistance to various kinds of damage, but at the same time, the stove does not signal a residual level of heat, which is why there is a risk of getting burned. The surface around the burners is enameled — it is not difficult to clean it from escaped milk or other similar contaminants. The main thing is not to overdo it, because the enamel is prone to scratches.

Oven

The absence of a timer makes you rely on your own strength in the cooking process. And you can control the degree of readiness of dishes in the oven directly through the glass — the built-in backlight is designed to help with this. The oven is equipped with two heating elements, which are able to work both separately and in conjunction with each other. If you want to bake chicken with a crispy crust, the electric grill mode will come to the aid of the cook. To control the oven, two regulators are placed on the stove panel at once: the first is responsible for selecting the mode, and the second for the temperature inside the cabinet.

The Gefest 5140-01 range includes two colour options — the classic combination of white and black, as well as a spectacular brown style. The latter option is suitable for a bright modern kitchen, in which it will harmoniously fit even despite the old-fashioned cast-iron burners.
