Each type of burner has its own specifics, for more details see the relevant paragraphs. However, these heaters also have common features. So, electric stoves are noticeably easier to connect than gas stoves, and safer to use — gas leakage in such devices is impossible. In addition, in such models, it is possible to implement various additional features such as auto switch-off without much difficulty. On the other hand, electric burners are more expensive to operate than gas heaters, they require dishes with the most flat bottom. And the reaction time of the burner to turn the knob that regulates the power can be quite large (however, there are varieties that are almost devoid of the last drawback).
