Gembird MHS-001

Low-cost wired closed on-ear stereo headset designed for use with a personal computer or laptop. Focused on gaming and multimedia applications. It is an all-plastic construction with a wide headband and large oval bowls equipped with wide ear cushions. Standard dynamic transducers with a diameter of 30 mm with a maximum output power of 40 mW were used as sound sources. The manufacturer claims the reproduction of sounds in the frequency range from 20 to 20000 Hz, the amplitude-frequency characteristic and its features are not claimed.

The single-ended cable is 1.8 m long, equipped with a volume control (wheel-type knob) and a microphone cutoff button. To connect to a signal source, two standard 3-pin mini-jack 3.5mm connectors are used. The Gembird MHS-001 headset is easy to use, does not create excessive pressure on the head and is suitable for long-term wear. The microphone has a movable mount that allows you to raise it to a non-working position, and an average level of sensitivity that provides good volume and voice intelligibility. Noise isolation is below average (among headsets of the same type). Comes with a standard one year manufacturer's warranty.
