great model, love it

The recorder is excellent if you eliminate the unavoidable drawback? Help! There is no sound on the audio output in HDMI mode.
In HDMI mode, there is no sound on the audio output of the recorder. The service is terrible, and the customer relations are rude. The technical support is incompetent, and the recommendations are theoretical.
