think 100 times before you buy this g...

Previously, I used the hp f380 multifunction printer, which served faithfully for more than 10 years, and now I decided to purchase the newfangled hp ink tank 419 (an exact copy of the 415, only two-color.) I bought this piece of plastic on 01/16/19, and already on 02/13/19, stopped printing, says color head error. No amount of dancing with a tambourine helped, they refused to return it under warranty, they say it’s not a warranty case. A new head costs 1900 UAH, but they are not on sale and it is not a fact that they will help. So, think 100 times before you buy this g... I am very disappointed in this manufacturer.
I didn't have time to notice.
It didn't even work for a month - it broke down.

I also have a problem with blackhead. I sent it in for repairs, it seemed like they did it, but a year later it broke down again.
Easy to use, connects to Wi-Fi conveniently, print from your phone, convenient app.

a model with serious flaws

Lord, how I f***ed up dancing with this f**k, how tired I am!!! A week after the purchase, I put it under warranty because of the black stripes. Errors identified: faulty black head, split colors, print shift and 2 more errors. Okay, done, took it. Now he doesn't want to see some sheets, and instead of yellow, he prints orange and sometimes with stripes. And, of course, the problem with the black color returned (streaks again, I constantly have to complete the letters with a black pen). + constant chewing of paper.
