The player supports three speeds 33, 45 and 78 rpm. Any record will do, but at 78 rpm the manufacturer recommends using an iCT06rs cartridge, which is not included. A felt mat will protect against scratches and dust, and a special adapter is useful for "forty-five" because some 45-rpm records have a wider mounting hole. There are even audio cables included.
