Model overview based on user reviews
The JBL Studio 120C is a passive bookshelf speaker known for its amazing detail in the mids and highs. Initially, users might experience a boom in the low frequencies, but this tends to settle down after a month of use. While it may not match the low-end performance of some older models like the 35AC, it still provides a satisfactory experience, especially for its price point of around 10,000 rubles. Overall, it offers a solid performance, particularly for those transitioning from older Soviet models like the 35AS, where it feels like a significant upgrade.
Pros
Cons
after the Soviet 35AS it’s a bomb! The detail in the mids and highs is amazing At first there was a boom in the low frequencies. After a month it settled down. The 35ACs were steeper (low-end), but that suited me too. Reminds me of 25AC (on the low end, again). |
