The set is quite complete, there is everything you need to service the car. An excellent set of ½" and ¼" square sockets and sockets. From personal experience, I can say that fully rubber handles for professional tools, which claim a lifetime warranty, are not the best solution. Petroleum products inevitably get on this rubber from hands or gloves, and since they skimp on its quality, the rubber starts to "melt" after a year or a year and a half. Of course, there are more expensive gasoline and oil-resistant rubber compounds, but in this price category, no one bothers with such details. |
Bought it on sale for 2200. The set is excellent, the heads are sturdy, the ratchets work perfectly, everything is well-fitted, slightly heavy as a quality tool should be. Nothing superfluous. Combined with a set of "open-end/box-end" wrenches - it will be a bomb, an almost indispensable item for most repair work. Using the tool to tighten nuts is pure pleasure :) Heads are strong and tight. Ratchets are good quality and comfortable. All in all, a great reliable tool. Convenient case. When transporting the set, nothing falls out of the sockets and practically does not hang out. Compact. Price. It is believed that the tools produced by the Taiwanese company JONNESWAY have a quality almost at the level of professional sets. They are made of alloy CrV with a chrome coating to protect the metal from rust (JONNESWAY heads, by the way, are given a lifetime warranty against corrosion). All items included in this set are pleasing to the eye with smooth casting and accurate machining. Ratchet handles are made of high quality soft rubber. They are more comfortable than plastic handles, but do not tolerate the effects of machine oil (oil-soaked rubber deforms and “ages” over time). Therefore, JONNESWAY S04H52494S should not be bought by dirty craftsmen who do not have the habit of wiping tools with rags after work.
