Very satisfied: cleaning a three-room apartment is much faster and without exhausting both energy and the nervous system by cleaning the vacuum cleaner cup with a "cyclone" system! I am very pleased with the purchase, because it is easy to use, powerful (it easily collects cat hair), maneuverable, and turns off when it falls. Of the drawbacks - it's a bit noisy (children and animals scatter to the corners, and the neighbors probably do too...), the cord is short (enough for one room, then I have to switch to another source (maybe try cleaning with an extension cord?), no cord reel, I managed to attach it to the carrying handle. The dust bag is too big, it needs to be changed more frequently because with the accumulation of dirt during the next cleaning, an unpleasant "odor" appears.  Irina: use Karcher SE 5.100 few months |
Not long ago, as a sales specialist for appliances, I faced the decision of purchasing a cleaning vacuum. The more you know, the worse you sleep, and this truth drives many tech-savvy people into a corner when buying a certain device. Two months of forums, trips, and calls to stores and service centers only added more doubts to the final choice of vacuum. In the end, two options were left standing - Karcher SE 5.100 and Thomas Hygiene T2 Plus. All the others like LG, Samsung, Philips, and the likes were ruled out for various reasons, mainly due to complex construction. Thomas Hygiene T2 Plus is also no gift and is very complex to operate, but the cleaning result and the record number of attachments give it a visible lead. My friends lent me a Thomas vacuum for a day... HORRIBLE. To clean a hall 6x5, i.e., 30 m2, you need to refill water 3 times! The procedure is not complicated, but that's just the hall... By the way, Thomas collects water from the floor slightly better than Karcher. And Thomas Hygiene T2 Plus has one undeniable advantage - the aqua filter. There's no denying that. Thomas is more versatile. BUT!!! 25-35 minutes of your precious time will be spent washing the vacuum itself. It's a different story with Karcher. Two autonomous 4-liter buckets. The hall is cleaned in one go. The cleaning procedure follows this algorithm: fill, clean, empty, rinse out in a minute, and THAT'S IT!!! BRILLIANT!!! Karcher approaches marketing strangely. Is it really that hard to churn out various brushes from plastic in China? And let's not even talk about the cord that has to be wound manually. Convenient and easy to operate. It feels like the reviews are written by the sellers and their competitors. For example, "Oleg" wrote rubbish, not a real impression like "Igor". After wet cleaning, you'll get immense pleasure from "cleaning the vacuum cleaner and its accessories" for about 30 minutes. Good suction for dry cleaning. Although "Weight without accessories - 7 kg" the vacuum cleaner is quite light, even with a bucket of water. The cord length is about 3 meters, the cord does not rewind, and there is not much space to wrap it up :( The vacuum cleaner is not very stable, I do not recommend pulling on the suction hose as it will tip over (unfortunately, this can happen with a bucket of liquid dirt). Due to a technical flaw, during wet cleaning, the "Flat Paper Pleated Filter" quickly gets wet and clogs with dirt. Be careful: during wet cleaning, a lot of dirt remains on the walls of the suction hose, and when you stop the vacuum, it all drips onto the floor. The pressure when spraying the cleaning solution is insufficient. The "Washing-suction nozzle with attachment for hard surfaces" is unable to suck up water. Slavik: use Karcher SE 5.100 week |

At the same time, it is worth noting that the vacuum cleaner itself has a considerable weight of 7.1 kg, and when water is supplied to it, it becomes completely unbearable. Therefore, if the house has sills, then it is not very convenient to move it.
