Functions and kit
Another advantage of the Karcher WD 6 P Premium is the presence of an outlet for connecting power tools (a special adapter is also included). Both will turn on and off at almost the same time: when the power tool is turned off, the suction turbine continues to coast for about 5 seconds to suck up debris from the hose. As a result, the dirt that occurs when sawing or grinding is immediately collected. A removable filter is also convenient, which is located on top, and not inside the tank: this arrangement allows it not to get wet when collecting liquids. And the filter cassette is easy to remove and clean at the push of a button, leaving your hands clean. In cases where a large amount of fine dust is sucked in without a filter bag, use the filter's self-cleaning system when powerful pulsed air flows blow the dust out of the filter into the container.
The box included one filter bag made of non-woven material, two extension pipes, a main nozzle with a switch lever from dry to wet and crevice, and they can be connected directly to the suction hose. Of course, the main nozzle is hardly suitable for ordinary carpet cleaning, but for this purpose you can buy additional accessories. When not needed, the entire kit is attached and stored directly on the body of the vacuum cleaner to save space. The cable is quite long — 6 metres and is stored there.
