It seems like I have a steamer, and at the same time, I don't. It stands idle more than it works. Right now, my husband is trying to fix it. I don't want to buy a new one. And it's impossible to work with this one. 1. Spacious baskets. 2. Turbo heating. 3. Food warming. Clogs quickly, very quickly!!! How could they come up with such a heater design?! To clean it, you have to take it apart! A regular descaling cycle doesn't help. You plan to prepare dishes in 30 minutes, but they end up sitting in the steamer for 2 hours. Easy to operate and maintain. Reliable if using filtered water and cleaning the water channels every two years. Allows you to cook several dishes at once. The quick start button speeds up cooking to heat food faster (uses all 2000W). The food reheat button allows you to not worry about the timer. After 26 months of active use (every other day), the water valves became clogged with some kind of slime. It seems some kind of growth developed. The device began to report a lack of water when turned on. I used filtered water. I disassembled it, cleaned all the water pathways, removed the evaporator, poured 4.5% vinegar into the evaporator, let it sit for 15 minutes. Rinsed it. Assembled it back. It's relatively simple. You can manage with just one screwdriver and needle-nose pliers. After the test run, residue was expelled from the evaporator into the water container.
