The cooking process takes place at normal pressure and temperature close to 85-90 °C. Hot water in the form of drops (or a thin stream) is filtered through a layer of ground coffee, which is loaded from the coffee grinder into a reusable removable mesh filter made of heat-resistant nylon fibre. The taste and invigorating properties of such coffee depend on the quality of the beans and their degree of grinding by the built-in coffee grinder (eight levels of dispersion).

You can adjust the strength of the drink using the button on the control panel or by changing the amount of coffee loaded into the filter. The significant power of the heating element (1050 W) speeds up the heating of water and reduces the waiting time. The volume of the water tank (1.5 L) is sufficient for preparing up to 12 coffees. There is a heating system for the complete glass coffee pot, which automatically turns off after 30 minutes.
