The extraction process takes place at atmospheric pressure and temperature close to 85-90 °C. Hot water in the form of drops or a thin stream is filtered through a layer of ground coffee, which is loaded from the grinder into a disposable paper filter (sold separately). The aromatic and taste properties of the finished drink depend on the quality of the beans and their degree of grinding by the built-in coffee grinder. You can adjust the strength of the drink using the button on the control panel. The impressive power of the heating element (boiler) accelerates heating and reduces waiting time. The volume of the water tank (1.2 L) is sufficient for preparing up to 10 coffees. There is a heating system for the complete glass coffee pot, which automatically turns off after 40 minutes.
