Lenovo ET960 is a monoblock communicator with a 2.8-inch screen and dimensions corresponding to such a diagonal of the display. The Chinese communicator is perhaps slightly larger than the most compact devices of this form factor (HTC Magician), but somewhat lighter than them (weight 130 g versus 150 g for the Magician and even higher values for other models of the same class). The difference in weight, although insignificant, is still felt subjectively, the device seems light when you hold it in your hand. The Lenovo et960 is based on an Intel PXA272 processor clocked at 312 MHz and equipped with 64 MB of RAM with a 32-bit 100 MHz bus and 64 MB of Flash ROM. A Flash Rom (iDisk) area with a capacity of just over 15 MB is available for recording user data. The communicator is equipped with an SD / MMC expansion slot, a set of wireless interfaces includes IrDA and Bluetooth, and only one wired interface is USB, without the possibility of charging the battery from the USB bus
