Classic 15.6-inch gaming laptops from the LOQ gaming line launched in 2023. A quick look reveals that all models in this series are clearly inspired by the success of the Legion series with its numerous awards for best design. Notably, the rear of the housing features a similar I/O cutout, while the neat LOQ logo on the lid is designed in the same style as the Legion series logo, and the keyboard suspiciously resembles LightStrike.

Lenovo's concept is for both series to complement each other harmoniously, expanding the freedom of choice for potential users. The difference is that Lenovo LOQ is aimed more at beginner and budget gamers, whereas Legion models are better suited for experienced players. Video processing in this series is handled by NVIDIA RTX 4050/4060 graphics cards (Ada Lovelace series) with advanced ray tracing and a much more efficient DLSS 3.0 supersampling system, which can significantly boost overall FPS without noticeably blurring the image.

Accompanying the video card is either a 10-core Core i5 chip or a more powerful 12-core Core i7. These are hybrid CPUs from the Raptor Lake family with different core types: performance P-cores are used under increased gaming load, while energy-efficient E-cores are activated during browsing, writing, or idling. Instead of the usual DDR4 RAM, the more productive DDR5 (frequency 4800 MHz) is used, which only established itself in the gaming laptop market by the end of 2023.

As a storage device, the manufacturer has installed a modern M.2 SSD supporting PCIe 4.0 bus. Additionally, Lenovo LOQ laptops feature a Lenovo LA AI chip, working in tandem with Lenovo AI Engine+ software. It dynamically adjusts GPU and CPU frequencies, tunes fan speed, and monitors system heating levels to keep the frame rate optimal during gaming, prevent processor throttling, and avoid battery drain within 30 minutes of active gaming. It uses machine learning to analyze user habits for improved efficiency over time. Other features of this series include fast charging, keyboard backlight, a network card with a dedicated LAN port, and Wi-Fi 6.
