The TV from the successful Korean manufacturer was launched in 2017 and quickly became one of the most popular 32-inch models on the market. The panel does not support Smart TV, but is equipped with a Full HD screen with LED backlight.
Various installation options
When placing the TV on a horizontal surface, the role of the stand is performed by the legs located at the edges of the bottom of the case. Thanks to this constructive solution, directly under the screen there is a place for, say, a media player that will expand the functionality of the TV.
You can also mount the TV on the wall using the 100x100mm VESA mount.
Clear and bright picture
LG 32LJ500V received a VA-matrix, which is characterized by excellent colour reproduction and minimal image distortion at different viewing angles. The picture is bright (without glare), contrast and clear, especially when playing HD and Full HD content, and the default SD image quality is improved using the scaling function.
To watch TV channels, three digital TV tuners are provided at once — cable, terrestrial and satellite. The latter makes it possible to use the TV "out of the box" outside the city and/or coverage areas of cable providers in tandem with the "dish".
Convenient interfaces and good sound
On the back of the LG 32LJ500V are the main interface connectors, including 2 HDMI and 1 USB port, composite and component input (combined). With their help, as well as thanks to the "omnivorous" built-in player on TV, you can play content from devices such as a camcorder, laptop, flash drive or external hard drive, as well as record TV shows.
The model is equipped with a pair of speakers with a total power of 10 watts. For most tasks, such acoustics is quite enough. But due to the lack of audio outputs (3.5 mm and optical jack), there is no way to connect a third-party audio system, which can be considered a minus. If that's not a big deal for you, then the attractive price and Full HD support make the LG 32LJ500V one of the most interesting entry-level options.
