Model overview based on user reviews
The Microlab M-223 is a budget-friendly 2.1 speaker system that offers a decent overall sound quality, with users appreciating its affordable price, design, and build quality. The high and mid notes from the satellites are rated highly, but the subwoofer is noted to be a weak point, as it tends to buzz at low frequencies and produces a noticeable "click" sound when turned on. Additionally, if the PC is off but the speakers remain on, they may emit a hissing noise, which can be bothersome at night. Despite these drawbacks, many users find the speakers satisfactory for their price, though they may not fully satisfy those who prefer heavy bass.

you won't regret it
i like everything at this price, the speakers grow straight
after a while the sound started to hiss when you turn up the volume on the subwoofer, I don’t know what’s wrong, the sound system is screwing my brain because I connected it to the phone, it plays fine and doesn’t hiss..

Excellent budget speakers, but not without their drawbacks.
13 June 2019
1) The weak point of these speakers is the subwoofer. High and mid notes from the satellites are a "5" out of 5, but the sub plays at a "4" out of 5 at best, as it buzzes at low frequencies. Moreover, the minimum frequency is only 60 Hz, which (IMO) is not suitable for people like me who love heavy bass, as it does not reproduce the full bass range.

2) When turned on, it makes a medium-volume "CLICK" sound. And there's no way to get rid of it.

3) If you turn off the PC but leave the speakers on, they start hissing. At night when you go to bed, it's noticeable and annoying. You have to turn them off with the switch at the back of the subwoofer every time.

I also didn’t like the fact that the sound from the subwoofer does not come from the speaker, but from the bass reflex. Because of this, the sub shakes the table violently
price
>the sub pounds! the bass is not the best
>When turned on, a "Click" sound is produced at quite a high volume
