HiLight heating elements
HiLight heating elements work with radiant heat and heat the pan very quickly from below. Thanks to this, the boiling time is reduced and the heat is evenly distributed over the bottom of the dish.
Burner with variable diameter of the heating zone
On such burners, you can cook food in large and small dishes, respectively turning on or off the additional heating zone.
Direct power control
A light touch of the +/- keys quickly and efficiently switches any selected hotplate to the required operating mode. Comfortable control with instant effect.
Rectangular heating zone
When you turn on the additional heating zone, the size of the burner increases and it turns from a round diameter of 17 cm to a rectangular length of 29 or 26.5 cm. Thanks to this, you can cook food in a rectangular or oval dish.
Electronic temperature control
The use of Miele electronics ensures high temperature accuracy in the oven with a minimum of fluctuations in all cooking modes. If the temperature deviates by more than 1°C from the set value, the electronics immediately corrects it. The set temperatures are selected in the range of 30-300°C.
Use of residual heat
This function was introduced to improve energy saving: the electronics independently decides when the heating reaches a temperature sufficient for cooking the dish and turns off the heating at the right time. Energy saving up to 20%.
