Model overview based on user reviews
The MiO MiVue 338 dashcam is praised for its unusual and intriguing design, high-quality video recording, and affordable price. Users appreciate its compact size and reliable windshield mount, making it suitable for small cars. The dashcam offers good daytime and night video quality, with a wide 120-degree viewing angle that captures a comprehensive view of the road. It features a G-sensor, built-in battery, and auto-start recording, enhancing its convenience and functionality. While the sound quality is noted as average, and the mount does not allow for easy rotation towards side windows, the overall build quality and ease of use are highly regarded. The MiVue 338 is considered a smart choice for those seeking a balance of design, functionality, and price, with the added benefit of being able to use it as a mini camcorder if needed.

didn't regret the purchase

Good recorder, convenient to use (I mean the menu). For recording road conditions, the recording quality is sufficient; better quality is generally unnecessary (if, for example, you increase the resolution, then a 64 GB card would not be enough, and such quality might not be needed). The viewing angle captures both sides of the street and house roofs, I think this is more than sufficient.
unusual and interesting design, of all I've ever seen, the most intriguing in this sense, functionality is quite on par, in terms of video quality, on the level of good peers.
the mount is made in such a way that turning, for example, towards a traffic cop, will not work.

everything is okay

good and fairly affordable recorder, in my opinion. It has everything you need, and in terms of recording quality in its price range, it's probably one of the best. At least, I found only one recorder with the same quality, but it has a very small display. As for reliability, time will tell, but the navigator from this company has already outlasted its warranty period and isn't showing any signs of breaking down yet. I hope it will be the same here.

it's a pity that turning towards the side window quickly won't work.

smart choice

in this price range, dash cams are often similar to each other both in appearance and content. However, this dash cam immediately catches the eye with its non-trivial design. As for its internals, I didn't find them to be exceptionally outstanding, but it has everything necessary. The video quality is average at night and very good during the day. Regarding the night mode - average doesn't mean bad; it's just somewhat worse than during the day. The sound is quite clear, with some noise, but it's important to understand that the microphone is not directional, so noise will be present in any case. I'm pleased with the absence of gaps between clips (I've encountered such issues before) and the viewing angle - the entire surrounding area is visible. By the way, I also considered dash cams in a higher price range and didn't find any significant advantages.
interesting appearance, high-quality materials and assembly, availability of everything necessary for the recorder (display, viewing angle, loop recording, motion sensor)
there are no serious ones
