Powerful hardware that can't be used. Avoid.

Powerful hardware with a terrible cooling system in a thin but uncomfortable case. The cooling system in passive mode cannot handle even cooling the laptop while working in a browser (CPU 15%, GPU 0%). The fans are practically useless until 3500 RPM, but at 3000 RPM they start to whistle and rattle. As a result, the comfortable performance is at the level of Ryzen 4000s, which are half the price. The lid is difficult to open. The case is awkward to carry. Despite being lightweight, it feels very heavy and tends to fall somewhere. The key travel on the keyboard is very small, making it uncomfortable to play or type. The PgUp, PgDown, Home, End buttons are combined, and their use is very challenging. Backlighting works only for the entire keyboard. Very small battery size or unoptimized consumption. A charge lasts about 1.5 hours when working in a browser. There is also some amount of factory hardware-software defects, for example: after closing the lid and properly entering sleep mode, the fans spontaneously turn on and run for up to 5 minutes, completely ruling out comfortable work on the go, as you have to wait for 5 minutes before putting the laptop in a bag. The "Focus Assist" mode also turns on spontaneously as the laptop suddenly thinks I'm using a full-screen app. Contacting service was useless. The cooling system worked even worse after replacement, and with the fans and "Focus Assist," I was simply sent to Microsoft.
