A good model for your money. The yogurt turned out right the first time. We made it with homemade milk according to the instructions that were indicated for the dry sourdough starter. Essentially, this is an alternative to wrapping the pot with a blanket at night. I poured in the bacteria, mixed it, poured it into jars, set the timer for the night, and in the morning I got yogurt. I came across reviews online about uneven heating or overheating - I didn’t even pay attention to it, the yogurt turned out normal, thick in density. I set it to 39 degrees for 9 o'clock. We make yogurt for the child, it tastes just as good as store bought. For recipes, you don’t have to look at the book, because apart from the ingredients, nothing else is written there, nor how long to set the timer, nor what temperature. It's better to look for recipes on the Internet. The quality seems to be ok, for such a price it’s strange to look for them. It's nice that the jars are glass. Price.
